Imagine! Just imagine! What would it look like if we lived our highest values in  everyday corporate life creating outcomes beyond our imagination?  How would that feel? Would we collaborate differently? Would we use our and each others unique capabilities better? Be more autonomous, take more responsibility? Create more trust and feel more respect for each other? Contribute and live our highest potential? Be more innovative? Would we be having more fun and be more authentic?

For each of us this might look different, but for all of us it would probably be healthier and for the organisation as a whole result in sustainable growth and business results. It probably would inspire others in ways we cannot begin to imagine. What if others would want to follow, because it is contagious and inspiring? What if it turns out to be the only sensible thing to do in an organisation and a world that desperately needs this? And if we individually made a conscious choice to live up to that and show that in our behaviour, would it make a difference? I bet you it would. So why don’t we? What is it that is keeping us locked in patterns that no longer serve us?
