“It is my personal mission to facilitate a shift in consciousness in business and support leaders in sustainable change and enduring growth through the release of our full human potential. Why? Because I think business can be a transforming powerful force with influence beyond traditional borders. Corporations have to and can lead the way. Conscious businesses and integral thinking and acting will be an intrinsic condition for a better world. I see myself as a catalyst for this change”. |

I started work with the United Nations Development Program UNDP in New York in support of UNDP Field and HQ staff in 1965. From 1969 on I held positions as an executive secretary to the Board of several Dutch corporations.
In 1974, I joined IBM www.ibm.com and worked in many roles, such as Sales Programs Manager, responsible for policy and execution of sales support and as a certified Client Executive, responsible for effective business relationships at the senior level and key decision makers in the financial services sector. I served as a member of IBM’s e-business Thought Leadership Team, responsible for the coordination and delivery of briefings for IBM’s executive relations. I also enjoyed working for the IBM Institute for Business Value and on the implementation of IBM’s strategy for Industry and Infrastructure Solution Centers in Europe.
My personal transformation and passion to understand fundamental and sustainable change in organisations and society inspired me to take up consulting and facilitation of sustainable organizational change for IBM and clients. Through personal interventions a Cultural Fitness program for IBM Benelux emerged in 2006, addressing all elements of individual, team and organizational transformation. As of the 1st of May 2010, I started Innervention to continue my work.

My work is strengthened and enriched through partners that also embrace the visible and invisible worlds as being equally important. They practice integrated, whole system, embodied awareness aiming at systemic and heart centered solutions for a world in balance, working with principles for energetic guardianship.
